THE OPPORTUNITIES OF NUCLEAR ENERGY FOR DECARBONIZATION OF THE ENERGY SECTOR – TECHNOLOGY, PROJECTS AND SERVICES

The Bulgarian Energy and Mining Forum together with the National Committee of Bulgaria to the World Energy Council and Kozloduy NPP EAD are organizing the 3rd International Nuclear Conference on "The opportunities of nuclear energy for decarbonization of the energy sector - technologies, projects and services" / 25-26 January 2024, at Sofia Balkan Palace Hotel, Sofia, Bulgaria. The event will be held under the patronage of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Bulgaria, Mr. Rumen Radev and will be attended by a number of high-level representatives of institutions and energy companies from the EC, USA and Canada, including from the EC Energy Directorate, EURATOM, OECD/NEA, FRAMATOME, WESTINGHOUSE, top financial consultants, heads of scientific institutes and representatives of nuclear companies from Canada, UK, Ukraine, Japan, China.

Representatives of the National Committee of Bulgaria to the World Energy Council will be speakers on some of the main topics during the event.
